Portugal, Portugal, Portugal! Yeah, more from there. Because it’s awesome. And because we go at least a couple times a year when we’re staying in Seville. This round to one of my favorite beachside villages – Carvoeiro – happened with Heidi and Ben – my sister and brother-in-law – when they came to visit.
It was a perfect day to stop by as well. Low season, blue skies, pretty warm weather. We walked around, checked out the sights, and mostly sat on a terrace enjoying the weather and views before the clouds came once again.
Here we go!
Next to the main town and beach area, there’s a large park with more beaches, a boardwalk along the cliffs, rocks to walk around on, and plenty more views.
And, lastly, hi from our new cave homes! =P
I love this place and I’ll probably never pass up an opportunity to visit. Até logo!

A very special and very big thanks to all the fine folks in Carvoeiro and the Algarve, and to Heidi and Ben for coming to visit!

We were there, yes? It looks familiar except for the cave like places.
LOVE the pictures!!
Yes ma’am! Some of those cave-like places are where we walked down near the seaside boardwalk next to town.
